School Year Classes
Classes meet 36 times– 34 class times plus one rehearsal and one show are scheduled
for September through May. 10 payments are due or you may pay by semester.
All payments are due in full whether are not there are 3, 4, or 5 classes
in a month. They will still meet 36 times. If a class does not meet
36 times it will be made up or credited.
Arriving for class
Please be on time. It is disruptive to the class and steps may
need to be repeated. If you miss warm-ups you may be asked to warm up
before joining class to avoid injury. The studio is not responsible
for your dancer before or after class. Please be prompt at dismissal
time.
Absences
Regular attendance is very important and all efforts should be made
to attend all classes. Absences do not allow for prorated tuition and
are not credited to another month. Make-ups are allowed and encouraged
as long as there is a class at the same level or below. No make-ups
will be allowed one month prior to recital. Make-ups must be used while
the dancer is still enrolled.
Informed Consent
Any dancer participating in dance takes certain incumbent risks. These
risks may include but are not limited to sprains, pulled muscles, falls,
and broken bones. I hereby release the studio from any claims for damages
or injuries, which may be sustained by participating in studio activities.

Each participant must have a signed release form before participating in any class.

Your student’s initial payment will be paid upon registration. Checks
can be dropped in the tuition box in the waiting area or mailed to the
studio. A $15.00 late fee will be added for payments received after
the 30th. No post dated checks are accepted. A return check
fee of $30.00 will apply for any payments returned to Footloose for
non-payment. All students will pay a yearly registration fee. Please

the first three classes in September or January only.

medical reasons is at the discretion of the director.
